Shipping policy

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days depending on your location. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $4.95.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. International orders may take 6–10 business days and could be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
Tracking can sometimes take 3–5 days to show movement, especially for international orders. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, please contact us at hello@skinlabhq.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
We've got you covered. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at hello@skinlabhq.com and we'll update it. Once shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address.
