We're confident you'll love your 4-in-1 Sculpting Wand. But if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund. No questions asked.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@skinlabhq.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

What condition does the product need to be in?
We accept returns on items in their original packaging. The product should be clean and include all accessories (charging base, guide). Light use is perfectly fine — we want you to try it before deciding.

Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to a defective or damaged product, we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately at hello@skinlabhq.com with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to ship the damaged item back.

Can I exchange my product?
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different colour or bundle, simply return your current order for a refund and place a new order.

Do you offer refunds on bundles?
Yes. The Sculpting Ritual bundle follows the same 30-day return policy. Return all items in the bundle for a full refund. Partial returns on individual bundle items are not available.
